Tools needed:
- #2 allen for shaft coupler
- #5 allen for socket heads
- Crescent wrench for Y axis leadscrew nut
- Duct tape to cover bearing
BOM hardware:
- Leadscrew nut
- 3 x 5mmx40mm socket heads
- 3 x 6mm locking washer
- 3 x 6mm washer
- 1 x shaft coupler hub
- 1 x polyurethane spider (broken)

I’m kind of excited the spider is broken, it was pretty dry, as it will be a cool casting project.
I will also definitely want to machine a new hub, why not?
I was kind of surprised for this cheap of a lathe that the leadscrews have ball bearings. For now I have just taped over but I plan on replacing. Will be a good exercise to order and install new ones, probably more efficient as well.
